Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation/discontinuation of service request must be submitted via official communication channels (email or WhatsApp).

  • Once the project has commenced (including strategy, research, or content planning), cancellation charges will apply based on the work completed.

  • For monthly retainers, a minimum notice period of 30 days is required prior to cancellation.

Refund Policy

  • Payments made are non-refundable once execution has begun.

  • Advance payments for bookings, shoots, or reserved production slots are strictly non-refundable.

  • In case of dissatisfaction, we prioritize revisions within the agreed scope rather than refunds.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Change in brief, preference, or direction after project initiation

  • Delays caused due to lack of communication or approvals from the client

  • Services that have already been delivered (fully or partially)

  • Third-party costs (production, ad spend, tools, creator fees, etc.)

Rescheduling Policy

  • Scheduled shoots or deliverables can be rescheduled with a prior notice of 48–72 hours.

  • Last-minute changes may lead to additional charges due to resource reallocation.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural events, technical failures, or external dependencies. In such cases, timelines will be adjusted accordingly.
